2021 was another great year for American Garden Barn Quilts. I painted over 60 Hand painted Hand crafted Barn Quilts. I also made my 1st Barn Quilts Shipment to Canada.
In addition to my agbarnquilts web site and ETSY site, I started displaying my Barn Quilt Designs at Brown County Craft Gallery in Nashville, IN. The Gallery is a co-op of local Indiana artisans who sell there craft and artwork in Nashville. I also work 2-3 days a month at the Gallery. I have several American Garden Barn Quilts displayed on the outside of the Gallery as well as inside. Please feel free to visit the Brown County Craft Gallery in Nashville.
I continue to sell my American Garden Barn Quilt designs - plus 2021 saw many customers requesting Custom Designs. This has always been an opportunity for customer to add their own personal touch on their American Garden Barn Quilts. Many request initials added to the design or custom color to match their homes.
January 2022 has also been off to a strong start. I have had several new orders plus a few 2021 Gift Card- Barn Quilts to create.
2021 also has been a challenging year. Shipping cost continue to climb. Specifically for 4x4 Barn Quilts. Due to their size, 4x4 Barn Quilts drive overage charges that have become increasing expensive. MDO Board cost have also doubled from the time I started painting Barn Quilts. I need to find a wholesale distributor vs buying retail!
I look forward to continuing to paint my artwork quality American Garden Barn Quilts to my customers in 2022.
